Terms & Conditions (Services, bookings, payments, vouchers)

All requested dates are subject to availability and confirmation. A request does not guarantee a slot until confirmed by Heaven's Clean Touch.

Deposits are requested only for confirmed one-off Deep Cleans, and only after dates are agreed. Regular cleans and H.C.T Plan clients do not require a deposit unless agreed in writing.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cancellations within 48 hours of a confirmed slot may incur a charge or loss of deposit.

H.C.T Plan & Regular Clients — Terms

Regular weekly and fortnightly cleans are scheduled in advance and are subject to reasonable adjustments due to holidays or staff availability.

If you need to skip a clean, please provide notice so the slot may be offered to another client.

H.C.T Plan payments are due according to the agreed plan schedule. Prices may be reviewed periodically with notice.
