FAQ
No — all bookings are request-only. We take the time to confirm your details and preferred date before marking your booking as CONFIRMED.
We cover Aylesbury and surrounding villages, along with nearby Buckinghamshire areas, subject to availability.
We work on a flat-rate basis rather than fixed time slots. Each clean is carried out with the time and attention needed to achieve our standard, rather than being limited to a set number of hours.
Not at all — many of our clients provide access and return to a beautifully cleaned home. If you prefer to be present, you are of course very welcome.
Yes — all standard cleaning supplies are provided. If a specialist request requires something specific, we will always confirm this with you beforehand.
We simply ask that surfaces are reasonably accessible. If you have selected any add-on services such as inside cupboards or fridge cleaning, these should be emptied beforehand.
We work to a high, consistent standard with attention to detail throughout. Every clean is carried out with care, pride, and a focus on delivering a beautifully finished result.
Where possible, yes. The H.C.T Plan is designed to maintain consistency and allow you to keep the same Angel wherever we can.
Deposits are only requested once your booking has been CONFIRMED, and apply to Deep Clean and One-off services only.
We’re always happy to help where we can. With at least 48 hours’ notice, regular clients can reschedule up to 2 times, while H.C.T Plan clients benefit from up to 5 reschedules per year, offering added flexibility and peace of mind.

Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability. Requested dates are not confirmed until we have reviewed your details and sent written confirmation.
All prices are based on property size, condition, and service type. Final pricing may vary if the condition differs from the description provided.
Deposits apply only to Deep Cleans and One-off services. Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations require notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee depending on the service type.
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property. If access is not possible, the booking may be cancelled.
Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours. We will review and resolve issues fairly and promptly.
Regular clients receive consistent service, and prices are reviewed if property conditions change significantly.
H.C.T Plan protects your time slot, ensures consistency, and stabilises your pricing for 12 months.
